When was it created?
When was Haxe created although the projects seeds started much further back with Nicolas's MTASC. While Nicolas still leads the project there are many others involved, specifically I am aware of Franco who covers the PHP and Hugh ( Huge ) the C++ target and many others involved in creating supporting libraries and submitting patches and enhancements, and tutorials including Lee and Franco who wrote the excellent Haxe book. -
If you want to have a space
between lines in your post, use a H3 heading around a SPACE to create an invisible heading. eg:
==== === =
but without the last space. -

Where is the best place to ask technical questions ?
Well actually it's not here on the forum, regular Haxe users share ideas and questions on the mailing list, if your in a real hurry you can also see if anyone is on IRC at #haxe on irc.freenode.net. Obviously the forum is often the first place where new users of Haxe come and it also a good place to ask questions of any level. -
Want to improve the forum
The source is online so it's possible to submit a patch for improvements. Source can be found here:

What is the NMML format?
an early version clarifying the format can be found here It is basically an XML format that helps describes compile setup, including resources, and allows multi-phone and desktop applications to be created all in one go.
