I don't see a link for a ticket system anywhere, so I'm posting here:

Recently, when I did a fresh install of Haxe (2.05) (On WinXP Pro), I tried to use the haxelib program (first time i had tried it actually), but it gave me some error about gc.dll.

Turns out there wasn't such as file in that program's directory, so I had to fix it by copying "gc.dll" from "C:\Program Files\Motion-Twin\neko" to "C:\Program Files\Motion-Twin\haxe". So there's seems to be some installation bug there that needs to be fixed. -
Please submit issues/bugs to the dev issue list.
