Do you have to forward a port to be able to use the neko server on your PC and access it from another PC through the internet?
In my port forwarding menu I haVe several options
HTTP
FTP
TELNET
PPTP
IP-SECESPThen I have to enter a port e.g 1024 for the chat demo
Then I have to enter a server IP address, I tried to enter my IP that I got from IP chicken but it complained that:
THE PORT FORWARDING IP ADDRESS MUST BE ON SAME SUBNET AS THE LAN IP ADDRESSI dont know what IP address to enter

The IP of the computer on your LAN (commonly a 192.168.x.x address)

i can use neko remoting when my pc is directly connected to the internet but not from behind a router.
I did everything i could to forward the port 1024 even disabling SPI and setting up a WAN dmz server but nothing works, the neko program says it cannot bind to the socket
